RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

                                        Check-in at 4:00 pm            Check-out at 11:00 am

​Reservations:

​

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of your booking; this will confirm your reservation.

• Your balance is due 30 days prior to your stay.

• Reservations made within 30 days of your stay require full payment at the time the reservation is made and are non-refundable including sales tax.

• You may pay by mailing a check to:

                                                               Cottages on Cedar Creek

                                                               1040 Carmine Cemetery Rd.

                                                               Carmine, Texas 78932

 

Cancellations:

 

• Cancellations are 100% refundable if made more than 30 days prior to your stay; after 30 days the amount paid is non-refundable including sales tax.

• ​No-shows are 100% non-refundable including sales tax.

Terms of your stay:

• ​Check-in at 4:00 pm

• Check-out at 11:00 am.  

• Guests will receive their check-in information and door code upon final payment.

• Smoking is not permitted in either Cottage. 

• Pets are not permitted in consideration of other guests on the property

• If any items are missing after your stay, you will be billed for the cost of the item.

• If there are any damages to the Cottage(s) including furnishings, furniture, fabrics, fixtures, art, etc., the damage will be assess and the cost to repair or replace such items will be billed to the guest.  

 

Personal Responsibility:

• As in any outdoor setting you may encounter wildlife on the property please be aware and cautious of your surroundings.

• Each person agrees to accept personal responsibility for their safety and for any accidents or injuries while staying on the property.
