Our Cottages
There are two cottages to choose from each sleeps 4, or reserve them both to sleep 8.
Both Cottages have a full kitchen with toaster, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker with complimentary coffee, sugar and cream. There is an ironing board, iron, fan, hair dryer, and all linens and towels are provided with complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There is TV, DVD player, and speaker hook up for your cell phone music.
The Main Cottage is 720 sq. ft., has shiplap walls, beadboard ceilings with exposed beams, and sleeps 4 with central air/heat. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, one bath and a washer/dryer. There is TV in both the living room and bedroom.
The cozy Guest Cottage is 532 sq. ft., is all pine planks with a tin ceiling, air/heat and sleeps 4. There is one bedroom with a king bed, one full bath and an additional enclosed private outdoor shower. There is a pop-up trundle day bed in the living area that will convert into a king or separated into 2 twin beds. This cottage also has a washer and dryer.
In addition, each Cottage has a large front porch, picnic table, and rocking chairs with a place to eat or have a cocktail. We offer privacy and each Cottage has a secure coded self entry.

Two charming Cottages sitting on a 35 acre ranch just outside of Carmine Texas with a compelling mix of pastureland, woodlands, and a live running creek.
Both the Main Cottage and the Guest Cottage have tranquil pasture views from the rocking chairs on their front porch. Watch the deer, cows with their calves along with the resident family of six turkeys on their daily stroll through the property.
