The two cottages sit on approximately 15 acres of pasture land with a view of two ponds.  There is a compelling mix of pastureland, woodlands, and a live running creek.  Take the walking path through the woodlands by following the Buck Trail sign; this will take you to the gate at what we affectionately call Turkey Run, a canopy of oak trees with a path leading you to Cedar Creek. 

 

In addition, for those who just want to enjoy the serenity and sounds of nature, plan to spend some time at the creek; bring a snack and your fishing pole because the Bass are huge and they are hungry.  If you feel adventuresome, follow some of the many dear trails in the woodlands. 

 

Watch the frogs, and the Herons that spend their time at the Lily Pond on the front acre of the pasture.  Enjoy a quiet evening under the vast starry night with your favorite drink or take the short drive to the many local spots in the area.                                                The choices are many!
